Last season we completed a full exterior refresh on a two-story colonial off Card Road, just north of Cracklewood Golf Course. The home hadn't been washed in over six years and had heavy algae streaking on the west elevation along with a badly stained concrete driveway. We soft washed the siding, treated the roof for gloeocapsa magma, and surface-cleaned nearly 1,800 square feet of driveway and walkway concrete. The homeowners told us their neighbors along 24 Mile Road stopped by within a week asking who did the work. We've since cleaned three more homes on that block, plus a large brick estate on Broughton with a paver patio overlooking the Cracklewood fairways.
This past summer we tackled a full exterior refresh for a homeowner in Legend Lakes, just a few minutes from Macomb Corners Park. The property had a sizeable stamped concrete patio in the backyard, a three-car driveway facing Romeo Plank, and a vinyl-and-stone front elevation that hadn't been washed since the family moved in eight years earlier. We soft washed the entire exterior, ran surface cleaners across every inch of concrete, treated the roof for algae, and finished with a paver walkway re-sand. The homeowner told us it looked like a different house — and three of their neighbors near Macomb Corners Park booked us before we left the block. Word travels fast around Macomb Township, and the Macomb Corners Park neighborhoods are a big part of our repeat business.
