Do you clean inside and outside, or just outside?
Both — and we recommend the full inside-outside-screens service for most homes since it's the only way to get a truly streak-free result. Streaks are usually visible from one side or the other, and only doing one side leaves you wondering. That said, if you only want one side cleaned, that's an option too.
How long does window cleaning take?
Most homes take 2–3 hours for full inside-and-outside service with screens and tracks. Outside-only service runs about half that time. Larger homes or higher window counts may take longer — we'll give you an accurate time estimate when we quote.
Do you clean screens, sills, and tracks too?
Yes — that's the difference between a real window cleaning and a half job. Screens trap years of pollen and dust that affects your indoor air quality. Tracks collect dead bugs and standing water. We remove screens, hand-clean them, wipe sills and tracks, and reinstall everything so the whole window looks finished.
Will you clean second-story windows?
Yes. We have the equipment to safely reach second-story windows from outside, and we clean second-story windows from inside as part of our standard interior service. Hard-to-reach windows aren't a problem.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For inside cleaning, yes — we'll need access to the interior. For exterior-only cleaning, no — we can complete the work without you being home as long as we have access to the outside of the property. Many of our outside-only customers schedule cleanings while they're at work.
Will you remove hard water spots from my windows?
For most hard water spots that have been on for less than a year, yes — our cleaning solution and technique will remove them. Severely etched glass from years of mineral buildup may need specialty restoration treatment, which we can quote separately. We'll let you know during our walk-through which type of buildup you're dealing with.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Many of our customers schedule us twice a year (spring and fall) at a preferred rate, and commercial customers usually go monthly. Recurring service customers also get priority scheduling and discounted pricing. Just ask when you book.
What if it rains right after you clean my windows?
Clean rain alone won't actually streak clean windows — only dirty water will. But if you're worried about it, give us a call within a week of your cleaning if you see noticeable streaks from rain or sprinkler hits and we'll come back to touch them up. We stand behind our work.
