Most homeowners don't realize how dirty their windows are until they get them professionally cleaned — and then they can't unsee it. Years of Michigan rain, road dust, hard-water spots, pollen, screen residue, and pollution build up on glass in layers you can't fully see until they're gone. Once your windows are properly cleaned, the whole home feels brighter, the views look sharper, and natural light fills rooms in a way you forgot was possible. Beyond the look, regular window cleaning protects the glass itself. Hard-water mineral deposits and acid rain etch into glass over time, eventually causing permanent damage that no cleaning can reverse. A professional clean once or twice a year keeps mineral buildup off your glass and your windows looking new for decades — at a tiny fraction of the cost of replacing them.

For most Macomb and Oakland County homes, twice a year is the sweet spot — once in late spring after pollen season ends, and once in fall before the weather turns. That schedule keeps mineral deposits and pollen film from building up enough to etch into the glass. Homes near busy roads, construction areas, or with sprinklers hitting the windows usually benefit from quarterly cleanings. Commercial properties and storefronts typically clean monthly. Whatever your situation, we offer one-time service as well as recurring schedules at a discounted rate.

We clean windows for homes, condos, retail storefronts, restaurants, office buildings, and small commercial properties throughout Macomb and Oakland County. Residential service is our most common — single-story and two-story homes, including high windows reachable with extension equipment. For commercial customers, we offer recurring schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at preferred rates with consistent crews who know your property. Whatever you need, give us a call and we'll put together a plan that fits.

Start by completing the 'Get a Free Quote' form on our website to share your window cleaning needs with us.

Next, we'll arrange a property visit at a time that works for you to provide an in-person estimate for your window cleaning needs.

After you approve our estimate, we'll schedule a date to complete the job. Our team will work hard to exceed your expectations!

Professional squeegee technique that leaves zero streaks. Hard-water spots, pollen, road grime, and buildup come off — glass clear from outside in.

Interior glass cleaned with lint-free finishing technique. Fingerprints, pet prints, and cooking film come off without streaks. Floors stay protected.

Every sill and track wiped down to remove dirt, dead bugs, and standing water buildup. The detail that separates a real window cleaning from a half job.

Every screen removed, hand-cleaned to lift years of pollen, dust, and bug residue, then reinstalled — so the air coming in is filtered through clean mesh.
Clean windows are the finishing touch on a property, but the rest of the exterior has to look the part too. Most window cleaning customers also book Pressure Washing for the siding and concrete — clean windows against dirty siding look incomplete, and tackling both in the same visit makes more sense than spreading it out. Gutter Cleaning is another natural pairing, since dirty gutters drip right onto the windows we just cleaned every time it rains. If you'd rather stop the cycle for good, our Gutter Guard Installation service ends the seasonal cleanout and keeps the drip stains off your glass long-term. For homes with overhanging trees that drop sap onto the windows, our Tree Removal service can trim or remove the source. We clean windows throughout the area, including Sterling Heights, Birmingham, and Royal Oak. Recurring twice-a-year service is the most popular option.
Both — and we recommend the full inside-outside-screens service for most homes since it's the only way to get a truly streak-free result. Streaks are usually visible from one side or the other, and only doing one side leaves you wondering. That said, if you only want one side cleaned, that's an option too.
Most homes take 2–3 hours for full inside-and-outside service with screens and tracks. Outside-only service runs about half that time. Larger homes or higher window counts may take longer — we'll give you an accurate time estimate when we quote.
Yes — that's the difference between a real window cleaning and a half job. Screens trap years of pollen and dust that affects your indoor air quality. Tracks collect dead bugs and standing water. We remove screens, hand-clean them, wipe sills and tracks, and reinstall everything so the whole window looks finished.
Yes. We have the equipment to safely reach second-story windows from outside, and we clean second-story windows from inside as part of our standard interior service. Hard-to-reach windows aren't a problem.
For inside cleaning, yes — we'll need access to the interior. For exterior-only cleaning, no — we can complete the work without you being home as long as we have access to the outside of the property. Many of our outside-only customers schedule cleanings while they're at work.
For most hard water spots that have been on for less than a year, yes — our cleaning solution and technique will remove them. Severely etched glass from years of mineral buildup may need specialty restoration treatment, which we can quote separately. We'll let you know during our walk-through which type of buildup you're dealing with.
Yes. Many of our customers schedule us twice a year (spring and fall) at a preferred rate, and commercial customers usually go monthly. Recurring service customers also get priority scheduling and discounted pricing. Just ask when you book.
Clean rain alone won't actually streak clean windows — only dirty water will. But if you're worried about it, give us a call within a week of your cleaning if you see noticeable streaks from rain or sprinkler hits and we'll come back to touch them up. We stand behind our work.
