2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Our Services
We provide exterior cleaning services to homes and businesses, including but not limited to:
- Pressure washing (concrete, pavers, decks, patios, fences, and other hard surfaces)
- Soft washing (siding, roofs, and other delicate surfaces)
- Paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing
- Gutter cleaning, downspout flushing, and underground downspout drain flushing
- Gutter repairs
- Gutter guard installation (SureFlow and micromesh systems)
- Window cleaning (interior, exterior, screens, sills, and tracks)
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate service agreement or quote between Outdoor Cleaning Services and the customer. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
The following terms govern your use of the Outdoor Cleaning Services SMS messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Outdoor Cleaning Services sends SMS messages to customers who have opted in through our website or other authorized channels. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- Property Access: You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas of your property requiring service, including outdoor water spigots when needed. You authorize Outdoor Cleaning Services and its crew to enter the property to perform the agreed services.
- Property Condition Disclosure: You agree to disclose any known issues with your property prior to service — including damaged siding, fragile materials, leaking windows, loose gutters, weakened fascia, or other conditions that could affect the work or be affected by it.
- Satisfaction: Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any part of the completed work, notify us within 7 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost, provided the issue falls within the scope of services originally quoted.
- Photo/Video Use: We retain a non-exclusive right to photograph or video completed work and use those images in our portfolio, on our website, on social media, and in other marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Pre-Existing Damage: Outdoor Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, materials, or systems, including but not limited to oxidized paint, deteriorated caulk, damaged or loose siding, rotted wood, weakened roofing, failed window seals, or aged landscaping.
8. Payment and Cancellation
- All services are billed according to the terms in your signed service agreement or proposal.
- We operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no long-term contracts.
- You may cancel services at any time with written notice (email is acceptable). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific service agreement.
