Do you bring your own water?
We use your outdoor spigot for most jobs — it's faster and works great. If you don't have a working outside water source or you'd prefer we bring our own tank, just let us know when you book.
Will pressure washing damage my siding, roof or paint?
Not when it's done right. We use soft washing — lower pressure plus professional-grade cleaning detergents — for siding, roofs, painted surfaces, and any delicate material. High pressure stays on concrete, brick, and pavers where it belongs. Our crew is trained to know the difference.
How often should I clean my gutters?
At minimum, twice a year — once in late spring after seeds and helicopters fall, and once in late fall after the leaves drop. If you have a lot of trees on your property, you may need quarterly cleanings. Or you can install gutter guards once and stop worrying about it.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured with general liability coverage. We're also background-checked. We can provide proof of insurance before any job — just ask.
Do you only work in Macomb and Oakland County?
That's our main service area, but we'll travel for the right job. If you're outside those counties, give us a call and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
